Meet Ups

We are introducing this year scheduled meet ups during the convention!  We will be placing these on our schedule during the convention so those who wish to participate in the meet ups can do so!  They can range from public photoshoots, cosplay meets, and even meets in BJD and lolita!  These events are public and made so others who like the same things can interact with each other!  Meet ups are treated differently than panels, so the process is slightly different and not as complex. 

We highly encourage everyone to start planning their meet ups now!  We suggest that everyone to go to the Forums, make a thread, or find existing threads in topics you are interested in!

Types of Meet Ups

Meet Ups

Meet ups are simply what they are known as... meet ups!  They are designs for people to interact with others who are interested in the same show, topic, and more!  They aren't very formal in nature, but they do provide a fun oppertunity in order for those with the same likes to come together.  The best way to plan for a meet up is to go to our forums!  You are able to gauge the interest of the meet up this way.

Photoshoots

Photoshoots are designed to be a group meet up of people from the same series.  They provide an oppertunity for those who are fans of the same show to get together, meet each other, and provide a general location for people to take pictures of their cosplays.  This is a good oppertunity for those who are interested in the series to get photos of their favorite characters!  These are public photoshoots that are scheduled, so please don't give us any private shoots you plan to do with your photographer.  The best way to plan this is going to our forums.  Make or find an existing thread and plan away!
